I didn’t find an FAQ on the keepassium website to address this scenario. ![]() Now running 2 different concurrent Keepass databases, one db for windows (5 PCs synced) one db for iOS (2 mobile devices synced).Īny help on how to sync everything together would be appreciated. It’s just not there so I’ll assume its been converted to an iOS only file extension? There’s no keepassium for windows to my knowledge or I’d be using that It’s as if the file is “hidden“ to any windows PC when browsing the iCloud Drive. It seems when I copied the file from minikeepass and renamed to “keepassium.kdbx” when exporting to iCloud, the windows PCs can’t see the file on iCloud Drive. Installed iCloud Drive on my windows PCs in the hopes of hosting one master db for all of them to sync to, can’t get the windows PCs to sync to a keepassium file on iCloud. Even though I’ve had iCloud for years, never used it once, so I’m new to using it. The syncing is so wonderful that I wish keepass2 or minikeepass would have offered that years ago. Then of course the dreaded 2020 minikeepass deprecation message and I was lazy about finding an alternative until now.Įnter Keepassium which has completely solved that issue overnight on my iOS devices. Now I have 7 different copies of my Keepass2 database floating between PCs/mobile and it’s become too much to keep them all merged after a change on any 1 of them. Then got an iPhone and minikeepass, years later got an iPad. ![]() I’ve been using Keepass2 for about the past 10 years on multiple windows PCs manually merging them whenever a db change happened.
